Savy and Jason met through mutual friends in the summer of 2020 in West Hollywood. Jason had recently moved to LA for what was supposed to be just for the summer with some friends. Neither were looking for relationships, but it was love at first sight for Jason...and less so for Savanah. After multiple attempts to court Savanah that resulted in a variety of group hang outs, pool days, and dinner parties, he continued his persistence. It wasn't until after the 5th rejection at Petit Ermitage in which Jason waived the white flag in defeat, that Savy had the epiphany that she should give this "nice guy" a shot. This was followed by their first kiss...and then Jason woke up the next day with Covid (Savy did not). After 2 weeks...and 45 minutes, because Savanah was late, they had their first date at Great White in Venice. The first date quickly turned into spending every day together for the rest of the summer. During this time Savy convinced Jason to not only grow out his hair and beard, but also stay an additional few months in LA where he became close with Savy's family, friends, and most importantly won the approval of Pixie Park. Jason and Savy fell hard for each other, with Jason a few months in asking Savy, "Would it be crazy if I told you that I loved you?". It wasn't crazy, but debatably cheesy. Regardless Savy acquiesced and their newfound love story began. Fortunately for Savy, her new boyfriend became an excellent reason for her to follow her dream of living in New York and the couple moved to NYC in May 2021. Every day since then has been a new adventure, from trying new restaurants in the city including all types of late-night pizza, meeting new friends, dancing all night to disco and funk, plus weekends in the Hamptons, Palm Beach, and amazing Euro trips. After a year of living in New York, Jason proposed to Savy at Pier 57, right next to their apartment over looking the Manhattan skyline with their families hiding around the corner. They celebrated at Jason's favorite hole in the wall French restaurant called Le Baratin, where they danced and waived napkins until the restaurant closed. As we approach October 7th, we couldn't be more excited to celebrate our love with our closest friends and family from all around the world. Your presence at the wedding means more to us than you know and we cannot wait to see you on the dance floor on the coast where it all began. Meet you in Malibu. Love Savy & Jason
