When should I RSVP by?

What if I can’t attend?
Answer
Although we will miss you, please let us know you cannot come by April 18th. You can go to the RSVP section, search your name, and select No for your attendance. This will help us know how much food we need to prepare for our guests. Thank you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that everyone be in and seated by 3:30pm to ensure nothing is missed and everyone has a seat! Please be no later than 3:45pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
For your convenience, we have a block of rooms on hold at the Hampton Hotel (Knoxville/North I-75) for Saturday and Sunday nights at $159/night+tax. If you need to add a Friday or Monday night, please send me an email to have their room adjusted at the Friedrich Rate to include those nights after they book the 2 blocked nights. Is there a dress code?

Yes, our dress code is semi-formal. We want you to be comfortable and stunning! We are asking all men to wear button ups with khakis or dress pants and women to wear tea length or maxi length outfits. Here is a link to my Pinterest board for outfit ideas for men and women: https://pin.it/iNIsJ3tUO

Is the venue outdoor or indoor?

Our ceremony will take place outside, along with our cocktail hour. Our reception will be held inside. (This can change depending on weather)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, our venue has on site parking. You will continue to drive down the road and find the parking lot at the very end. We will have someone drive you down to the ceremony site.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love you all and your families, we will not be having children attend unless they are addressed on your invitation. We hope you understand and take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun night out!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you are offered a plus one, they will be attached to your name when you RSVP. If you were not allotted a plus one, please respect our wishes of keeping the wedding small and intimate. Thank you for understanding!

Smoking area?
Answer
There will be a designated smoking spot on the property. This is set up by our venue, please respect their boundaries for all smoking and vaping while on the premises! Thank you!
