We met through a mutual friend during the pandemic in 2020 via Zoom. While we remained friends, we didn’t meet in person until February of 2021 at a game night. As our friendship grew, we started going on hikes together, seeing our favorite artists in concert, and becoming plus ones at weddings. Little did we know we were falling in love with one another.

We planned a last minute trip to explore Zion National Park in Utah. We woke up super early Sunday morning to miss the traffic at Zion to hike our first trail. It took about 30 minutes to reach the beautiful view of the Utah Overlook where Tom helped me onto a large rock, got on one knee, and popped the question!

We are delighted to share that we were married in May in Knoxville, Tennessee, marking the occasion with a heartfelt ceremony, surrounded by our closest family members.
