Shuttle schedule from hotels to venue: - 2:45 pm: Depart Fairfield Inn - 3:15 pm: Depart Bayshore Resort - 3:45 pm: Drop guests off at venue The shuttle will make two trips back to the hotels, departing the venue at 9:30 and 11:15 pm. OTHER NOTES: - Beer and wine are allowed on the bus (no hard liquor). - This shuttle is separate from the venue's shuttle that will transport all guests from the main parking area to the ceremony site.
