Shuttle schedule from hotels to venue: - 2:45 pm: Depart Fairfield Inn - 3:15 pm: Depart Bayshore Resort - 3:45 pm: Drop guests off at venue The shuttle will make two trips back to the Fairfield Inn and Bayshore Resort, departing the venue at 9:30 and 11:15 pm. OTHER NOTES: - Beer and wine are allowed on the bus (no hard liquor). - This shuttle is separate from the venue's shuttle that will transport all guests from the main parking area to the ceremony site.

Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes in advance to be shuttled to the ceremony site. When you pull into the entrance, follow the signs to Bay View Hill Top where you'll find parking and the shuttle pick-up. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles at the venue overnight if needed, but they must be picked up by noon on Saturday.
