Maid of Honor
Amber and I met freshman year of high school and have been inseparable ever since. From first jobs, first boyfriends, first heartbreaks, moving away to college, to now getting married and having babies – we have been through it all together. Despite living far apart we still talk daily and she was the first person I texted when Josh introduced himself to me. She has always been my biggest cheerleader and now is josh and I's. I have always imagined that Amber would be my maid of honor when I was younger and I feel so lucky to have her by my side. Her loyalty and honesty are just a few of the things I love about her, and she can make me laugh like no one else. I am excited for the next phase of our lives.
Best Man
I've been through thick and thin with Andrew. We met during our freshman year of high school and never looked back. Shared plenty of firsts together including our first high school dance and our first beer. I grew very close to Andrew and his family over those formative years. I would go as far as to say that Kathy, Eric, and Andrew became my second family.
Bridesmaid
Jackie and I met while working together in 2010. And although Jackie didn’t like me very much at first, I eventually won her over and we realized how similar we are. We became roommates while living with a bunch of people and slowly as they all moved away – it was just us. Her now-husband Jason moved in and they often acted as “mom and dad” to younger me – cooking for me, making sure I got home safe, and even telling me to be quiet when I had friends over too late. We were the 3 musketeer roommates for 10 years before Josh moved in and they moved out, the end of an era! We miss them both a lot but we love having them close by to visit often. Jackie has been my support system for longer than I can remember, and I always know she’s someone I can lean on. There’s no one I’d rather quote FRIENDS with, and Josh and I also miss her cooking a lot.
Groomsman
What to say about Bill? I met Bill around the same time I met Andrew. Andrew and Bill were kind of a package deal because they grew up together since they were really young. Bill was a little more skeptical of me joining their little duo than Andrew was. But Bill ended up inviting me over to hangout and watch Office Space and we became fast friends. Bill has been a good friend to me and has always been there for me to talk about everything from girls to all of life’s challenges.
Bridesmaid
Hilary and I met while working at Seven Bar in 2013. We became very close during our time there and spent a lot of our free time together– romping around Santa Barbara and California, even traveling to Europe for my first trip there. Hilary is such a creative, giving, and endearing person and has so many talents that I can’t even list them all. She is an amazing friend and is also exceptionally witty. I don’t really know where I would be today if it wasn’t for her guidance and friendship over the past 10 years – and for that I am forever grateful. We frequently would show up to each other’s first dates just to get a good feel for the person and Josh and I’s first date was no different. Hilary dropped by a couple hours in and we all played games and ordered Chinese food – I knew if he could keep up with Hilary and I then he was a keeper. Hilary has also helped me with every single detail of this wedding and I couldn’t have done it without her.

Shane and I became friends while working together at Select Staffing roughly 10 years ago. I didn’t realize until just now writing this bio that we have know each other for that long. We became close friends and lived together for about 7 years in 4 different houses. We have been through a lot over that time together including multiple relationships, multiple jobs, and Shane has had my back through a lot of personal and professional growth. I have also been lucky enough to meet Tani through Shane and have enjoyed watching them get married and start a beautiful family.
Bridesmaid
Alex and I met in 2015 and became fast friends. We spent many days in the Santa Barbara sun and developed a close friendship while talking over cocktails at Boathouse. Our similarities and sarcasm have made for an exciting friendship and often gotten us into some trouble together. Even though she lives further away now, we love getting together to relive our glory days and drag the guys along for the ride. She is as equally compassionate as she is charismatic and has been a great support system in my life, not to mention a blast to have around. I am excited about the adventures we will continue to have together.

Turns out Select Staffing was an integral part of my past because I met Sean there as well. When I first met Sean, he was a bit of a wild man and always brought a lot of fun energy. We have had a lot of fun over the years. Some wild nights out in Santa Barbara, concerts, beach days, and even a Euro trip. I was even there the night he met Lauren at Figueroa Mountain brewing. He has since tamed his wild side and is now married to Lauren. I couldn’t be happier for them. Except recently they moved out of Santa Barbara up to Sonoma which I will never forgive them for.
