We want our wedding to be intimate and have therefore only included plus ones who we know well. Your partner is invited if they are listed on your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

We understand it can be hard to find a sitter for two days and we love hanging with your kids, however, we do hope you are able to break away and join us kid-free. If this is a deal breaker for you, please feel free to reach out and we can discuss further!

Desolation Hotel requires a two night minimum and you will need to find your own lodging if you do not wish to stay Wednesday-Friday.

- Breakfast food if you want to take advantage of the full kitchen instead of buying breakfast at the cafe - Drinks if you want to sip before or after schedule events - Swimsuit to use the sauna or nearby hot springs

We hope you do! We will be doing a beach party at the lake on Saturday, you're invited! The wedding venue is about 30 min from the lake so if you plan to stay for the weekend, consider booking in South Lake Tahoe. You are free to extend your stay at Desolation as well, it's just a bit of a drive into town.

Hiking!! There are several amazing hikes on property and in Hope Valley. Bring your hiking shoes and enjoy the great outdoors. The property also has a sauna so bring your swim suit!
