Check-in is at 4:00pm. Take some time to enjoy your cabin and the property. We will be hosting a welcome dinner from 5-7pm and hanging by the fire after that.

Hike and/or Lunch
11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Travis will lead an optional hike around the property ending at the campsite bridge for a BBQ lunch hosted by Sarah's brother, Justin. If you want lunch but aren't interested in the hike, you can drive down to the campsite and it's a short walk to the bridge. From there, we will head back to cabins to get ready for the wedding ceremony.
Ceremony and Reception
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Formal or semi-formal - the wedding party will be wearing sage and gold. FYI the entire event will be outside and it can get chilly in the moutains at night.
The ceremony will be at the view deck. It's a very short hike to get there, so keep that in mind when selecting footwear. Cocktail hour will be from 5-6pm at the fire pits and the reception will be from 6-10pm in the Aspen Grove.

We invite you to stay in South Lake Tahoe for the weekend and meet us on Round Hill beach for an after party! Attendance is optional and you will be responsible for your own accommodations, but hey, you're already here!! Parking is $10 and may fill up in the morning so take a ride share if possible.
