What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the venue by 5:00pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from The Conservatory departing from two locations. The Courtyard by Marriott shuttle departs promptly at 4:30 pm. The Holiday Inn Express shuttle departs promptly at 4:50 pm. Please look under the "travel tab" for discounted rates and the address of these hotels.

Can I bring a date?

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and to accommodate our venue's space. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your RSVP page.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot at the Conservatory. If you intend on drinking please plan ahead or use the service buses provided.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely! Please let us know ahead of time so we can try to accommodate your needs.
