Halloween Costumes: Better Together

Theme: Better Together Kick off the weekend in style at our Halloween Costume Welcome Party! The theme? Better Together. Interpret it as creatively as you’d like dynamic duos, iconic pairs, perfect matches, or things that just belong together. Coming solo? No problem! Think Thor and his hammer, a queen and her crown, or a campfire and a marshmallow. The possibilities are endless, and we can’t wait to see what you come up with! Costumes are encouraged (but not required), so bring your best and join us for a night of fun, laughter, and celebrating the start of an unforgettable weekend together.

Wedding

4:45 pm - 11:00 pm

Fall Fabulous Attire (Semi-Formal): Tuxes and gowns are welcome, but not required. Suits and cocktail dresses are perfect too. Feel free to play with rich fall colors and festive flair to celebrate with us in style.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, bring a layer in case the fall weather gets chilly! After some light bites and drinks during cocktail hour, we’ll move into a heated indoor space for a cozy Mexican buffet dinner.

Brunch

10:00 am - 12:30 pm

Let’s close out our Rubens Retreat weekend in true Día de los Muertos spirit—with love, remembrance, and a joyful send-off brunch. Enjoy a relaxed continental-style breakfast as we savor our last moments together before parting ways.
