Question

When should I RSVP by and how?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 5th. Since you're here reading this, go ahead and do it today. We LOVE overachievers :) You can RSVP directly through our website or the RSVP card included in your invite.

Is everything outside?

Answer

Yes! We have moved all wedding events to an outdoor space. With concern for all of our loved ones, we felt this was the safest way to celebrate.

Question

Outdoor wedding in October? Will I be cold?

Answer

We got you. We are working with a tent heating company that will keep us all warm throughout the night. That being said, don't be afraid to bring a coat.

Question

How are you accommodating social distancing?

Answer

With everything happening in an outdoor space, it offers us much more flexibility in keeping our guests at a safe distance. During the ceremony, we will have ample space to keep seats spread out as well as enough chairs to allow for empty chairs between groups of guests. If guests are not comfortable being seated next to anyone, we will also have the option for standing room.

How many people will be seated at a table?

Answer

We are limiting tables to 6 guests in accordance to social distancing policies. If you require or prefer additional accommodations, please reach out to us via email at wolframwedding@gmail.com.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please send any food allergies or dietary restrictions to wolframwedding@gmail.com and we will make sure there is a yummy option for you.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony no later than 4 pm. The ceremony is being held at The Pavilion at Grand Geneva with cocktails and reception following. The Pavilion is walking distance from hotel rooms. Grand Geneva also provides a trolley service around the resort.
