It was a rainy Friday night in the Spring of 2016. Sarah had recently started a new job in the city and was out with coworkers after work. She did some bar hopping and ended up at Kingston Mines (one of her favorite hangouts). Bob was out with friends and his friend Jake knew some people at Kingston Mines. It was after midnight, but Jake was able to convince Bob to cap off the night with some beers, blues and dancing. Bob arrived at Kingston Mines and headed to the bar. He looked across the bar while waiting for his beer and someone caught his eye. He thought "woah, who is that pretty blonde over there". Sarah looked up and smiled at him. (She was the blonde). Bob made his move. He bought Sarah a drink and they danced the night away to the one and only Joanna Connor. The night ended and Sarah left with her friends before Bob had the chance to get her number. That wasn't going to stop him. He is a resourceful man. Sarah got into work on Monday and noticed a new friend request from a familiar face. (It was Bob). She decided it was her turn to make a move and messaged him "Hey cutie from Kingston Mines"...and the rest is history.

Sarah and Bob's relationship is filled with love, laughter and mostly pizza. Sarah takes Bob to concerts and Bob takes Sarah to sports games. Sarah keeps Bob young and fashionable. Bob keeps Sarah on time (as much as he possibly can) and social. Bob proposed to Sarah on May 4th (all of her brothers appreciated the Star Wars tribute) at a beautiful conservatory in Chicago. They celebrated with his mom, a bottle of champagne and a party with family & friends to top off the best day of their lives. The night ended with dancing at Kingston Mines in matching merch. Duh. Their WolFRAM recently became a party of three. Sarah finally convinced Bob they needed a puppy. They brought their adorable boy Melvin home on March 21st and Bob is officially a "dog guy". Don't you worry - Melv will be at the wedding in his fanciest attire. Sarah and Bob are so excited for their new best day ever and to celebrate their love and marriage with everyone who means the absolute world to them. xox
