Residence Inn Short Pump at the Notch

We do have a room block at this hotel. It is the closest to our venue. Please note, for those traveling in on Saturday, you will need to request an early check-in. Regular check-in is at 4 pm! We will have a shuttle that will depart for the venue promptly at 3:30 pm. If you plan on taking the shuttle please make sure you are on the bus no later than 3:30 pm.

Drury Plaza Hotel Richmond

We also have a room block at the Drury hotel. Please note that there is a guaranteed check-in time of 3 pm. We HIGHLY encourage you to ask for early check-in Saturday, if possible. There will be a shuttle from this hotel to the venue and back. It will leave promptly at 3:15 pm and return at the end of the reception. If you plan to take the shuttle please make sure you are on the bus by 3:15 pm.
