Will children be allowed?

Please make it a date night. We can't wait to celebrate with you! Dearest friends and family – our wedding ceremony and reception are for adults-only. We thank you for respecting this request and look forward to seeing you all in November!

Will there be a hotel shuttle?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at the Residence Inn or the Drury Hotel there will be shuttles to the venue. Please note that the wedding ceremony will start at 4 pm so shuttles will be on a tight schedule. You are also welcome to drive or catch an Uber or Lyft. Our venue is slightly out of the city so beware that ride-sharing apps might not be the best option! Folks at the Residence Inn- Your shuttle will leave promptly at 3:30 pm. For those coming into town on Saturday please note that check-in for this hotel is 4 pm. When possible, please ask for early check-in. Please make sure you are on the shuttle by 3:30 pm. The shuttle will return to the Residence Inn at 11 pm. Folks at the Drury Hotel- Your shuttle will leave promptly at 3:15 pm. For those coming into town on Saturday please note that the check-in time for this hotel is 3 pm. When possible, please ask for early check-in. Please make sure you are on the shuttle by 3:15 pm. The shuttle will return to the Residence Inn at 11 pm.

Can I check into the hotel early?

Answer

For folks traveling to Richmond on Saturday, November 13, please note that the Residence Inn's check-in time is at 4 pm. The check-in time for the Drury Hotel is 3 pm. We suggest that you call for an early check-in that morning! We will have a shuttle, leaving promptly at 3:30 pm, to bring guests to the wedding from the Residence Inn. We will have a shuttle, leaving promptly at 3:15 pm, to bring guests to the wedding from the Drury Plaza Hotel.
