Dahab Island is accessed by boat. Guests will depart from Maadi, and the ride is approximately 7 minutes. More details on timing, the departure point, and parking will be shared closer to the wedding.

The local currency is the Egyptian pound (EGP). Major hotels, restaurants, and shops accept credit cards, but it's helpful to carry some cash for tips, taxis, and smaller vendors. ATMs are widely available. USD is also accepted at most hotels.
Most guests traveling from the US, UK, EU, and Canada will need a tourist visa. You can purchase a visa sticker at the bank kiosks upon landing at Cairo International Airport (CAI) for $30 USD cash. Please bring exact change, as the kiosks generally do not accept credit cards. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond October 2026.
