Question

How do I view the virtual Zoom events?

Answer

On our wedding website, click on the "Schedule" tab. Scroll down to the desired event and select "View Virtual Event." The Zoom meeting should be embedded within the webpage. Still can't find it or having technical difficulties? Here are the direct links to the Zoom events Virtual Ceremony (3:00 pm start time): https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89106259143?pwd=WkJlWGdFaTJPUXAzRXZaNFA1d1QvZz09 Virtual First Dance (4:30 pm start time): https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82110231751?pwd=VVBZQm9BQ0M1MU93V2d1NEpGUW1EZz09

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

In-Person - The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM on 06/26/21. The Lake House will be open 15 minutes prior to the ceremony, so please plan to arrive by 2:45 PM. Virtual - The link will be active on 06/26/21 a few minutes prior to 3:00 PM. Please mute yourself until after the ceremony!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

In-Person - Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Virtual - You do not have to share your camera unless you want to! Semi-Formal is encouraged, and so are comfy slippers and loungewear! Wear what makes you happy! Just make sure you have something bubbly to sip on after our ceremony so we can toast together.

Question

Can I bring a date or friend?

Answer

In-Person - Please refer to your formal invitation when you receive it. Those listed on the invitation for our micro-wedding are invited. Virtual - We encourage guests, dates, and (if you choose) your whole family to join our celebration virtually!

Question

Is there parking at The Lake House?

Answer

Free parking is available. Please be mindful that this is a public park so there may be additional activities going on during this time that may limit parking. We do not anticipate this will be an issue.

Question

*COVID-19* How are you accounting for guest safety?

Answer

With the distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine, regulations are shifting towards opening back up. However, due to the continued uncertainty about specific local regulations, varied accessibility to the vaccine, and the current status of how many people can gather for a wedding before we send out the official invitations, we will be downsizing our wedding to be in-person for immediate family and the wedding party only. We will live-stream our micro-wedding for our virtual guest that RSVP. Although it will not be the same without you, we hope we can still celebrate with you. Love is not canceled, and neither is our wedding!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP no later than June 10th
