Shuttles will pick up from the Hilton Garden Inn (Downtown Annapolis) at 4:15 pm. You do not have to be staying at the hotel to use the shuttle! The ride will be about 15 minutes. Shuttles will return there after the reception (with a first stop at the after party!)
Please arrive no later than 4:45 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm.
We'd love for our guests to join us in cocktail attire. Suits in any color, tea-length or full-length dresses, and elegant separates are all great options. Color, patterns, and linen are encouraged for this summer soirée! When deciding on footwear, note that the ceremony will be on the sand. The cocktail hour and reception will be on a tented deck.
Yes! For those who are driving, our venue has ample parking. Cars can be left at the venue overnight if you decide to return on the bus or in an Uber. It is an open bar after all! Cars must be picked up the following morning. If you return Sunday to pick up your car, you will be prompted to enter a gate code. The code is 0809#.
Yes! Weather-permitting, during the ceremony we will be inches from the water, enjoying the bay breeze under a shady tree. Dinner will be indoors and dancing will on a tented deck!
