Will we travel between the ceremony and reception?

Nope! Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at the Ole Oak Barn!

Please RSVP by February 19, 2022 at the latest!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The event is cocktail attire; think blazers and sports coats/cocktail or semi-formal dress! The area is surrounded by grass so plan shoes accordingly!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a plus one and the ability to bring a date your invitation will be addressed accordingly! Example: “Mr Smith & Guest” or “Ms Smith & Guest” If you are unsure feel free to reach out to us!

Are kids welcome?

If we are planning on having your child/children attend they will be addressed on your invitation by name.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be station/buffet style and we will have gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian options. If you have a severe food allergy please contact us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, parking is conveniently located at the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony begins at 4:30pm. Please arrive before 4:30pm to take your seats!

Answer

Yes, please check the Travel section on the website! We recommend staying in the Irmo, SC area near Lake Murray Blvd. and Harbison Blvd. for a more convenient stay to dining options!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no pre-arranged transportation from hotels to the ceremony. Please plan your own transportation accordingly!
