When bagel meets coffee

HIM: When I first met Sarah, I was instantly smitten by her after our first date. I saw her heart and love that she had for God and for others, and also how beautiful, engaging, creative and Christ-centered she was. I love that she cares so deeply for people and is so intentional. She cares deeply for things that are worth caring for. She makes me want to be a better man and motivates me to love and serve her the very best I can. I love that she loves food, coffee, music and is willing to learn about the World Champion Los Angeles Dodgers. I also love that she shreds on the electric guitar and the piano. And I thank God she is patient with me, while teaching me to be a better Korean speaker. Thank you God for bringing Sarah into my life. I can't wait to love and serve her, as Christ loved and served the church! HER: Married folks say that when you meet the right person, "It feels like home." I remember the first time I got into Johnny's car to go to 2cha and felt so safe and this...feeling of, "This is what home feels like.." During this time, I was on a dating streak from CMB and my conversation with God went: "Father, you know my type. I have prayed so deeply for my future husband. You know every detail of the kind of guy I want to do life with. Then why God.. do I doubt that you will surely provide such a man for me? You know what God, I'm going to do something crazy..I am going to... trust you!!! Mmhmm. Yep. I want "you" to pick who you think is best for me. You know all the details of my heart's desire in what I want and look for in my future husband, and no one knows better than you. It's in your hands. So send them my way! At the end of our first date, Johnny goes, "So uh, I have these free tickets to a Tycho concert..." And so begins our adventure for all things. We love exploring the city, foods, coffee, reading, listening to indie rock music and traveling. We can't wait to share our special day and introduce the other to our family and friends.
