We have arranged a shuttle to the Fairmont Banff Springs with the following Departure Times & Locations: - 2:05 pm - Tunnel Mountain Resort - 2:35 pm - Kenrick Hotel - 2:50 pm - pick-up at Rimrock Resort *Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure prompt departure to the Hotel Return shuttles on the Wedding day to Banff Hotels will run every 40 minutes from the Fairmont Banff Springs Motorcoach Entrance from 10:00 pm - 2:00 am.

Calgary International Airport (YYC)

Calgary International Airport (YYC) is the closest airport to Banff. The airport is approximately 1 - 1.5 hours to/from Banff. Download the ArriveCAN App to fast track Customs in Canada and download CBP MPC to fast track customs leaving Canada. When heading back home to the States, you will go through customs at YYC after going through security but before boarding your flight home.

Travel from Calgary to Banff

The drive from Calgary International Airport to Banff takes approximately 90 minutes. Rental cars are available for pick-up either at the airport or in Banff. Alternatively, we frequently utilize one of the shuttle services listed below for transportation between Calgary and Banff (and vice versa). These shuttles require a reservation but operate regularly, offering drop-off service at most hotels in downtown Banff and Calgary International Airport. We highly recommend booking transportation in advance.
