Semi-Formal/Cocktail. We recommend dresses, especially spring dresses, in spring hues, dress pants with button-down shirts, and blazers or suits.
Yes, the venue has parking, and we will also provide a shuttle service leaving from the JW Marriott to the venue by 3:15 PM. The same shuttle will take the bride, groom, wedding party, and family back to the JW Marriot and return to the hotel for those requesting a ride. The last shuttle will cut off by 10:45 PM. If you prefer not to take the shuttle, we recommend using Uber or Lyft.
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under 16 on our wedding day. (A few children will be present due to their roles in our ceremony and within our families.)
The menu will be served buffet-style with several selections. All the ingredients will be listed, sauces will be provided on the side, along with protein and vegetarian options. We hope to accommodate you as best as we can!
Yes, we will have water, iced tea, lemonade, as well as coffee, tea, and latte selections.
For those seeking to continue beyond reception, there will be an open invitation for a "nightcap." We will gather at the JW Marriott Uptown, 600 S College St, Charlotte, NC, to Aura Rooftop or Caroline's Oyster Bar.
