If you would like to stay at the Hilton in Waco, we have a block of rooms at a discounted rate. This rate is available at any time between the dates of Thursday, November 9th and Monday, November 13th. It's important to note that you must book before October 7th. Flight
Waco Regional Dallas - Love Field Dallas - DFW Austin-Bergstrom These are the four closest airports. While the Waco Airport is the closest place to fly into, you'll likely find cheaper options and more variety flying into one of the other three airports. If you plan to fly into Dallas or Austin you will need to arrange for a vehicle to get you the rest of the way. Austin and Dallas are roughly 1.5 to 2 hours away by car.
