Tamarind by Elegant Hotels

We have booked 4 nights for everyone at the all-inclusive Tamarind resort, and are happy to cover that cost. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact the hotel directly to book additional nights at your own cost. Please call 888 996 9948, press 5 and ask to speak with Marsha. When contacting the hotel tell them your name and that you are part of "SarahAnn and Reese's Wedding Party Block" - they will be able to locate the room we have booked for you, and give you more information on cost of extending your stay. We have secured a discounted rate with the hotel, which they will honour up to 3 nights before and 3 nights after the reserved time. However please note that an extended stay will only be available if they have room. Please note that upon check-in you will be asked to provide a credit card to cover any incidentals. Unless there is damage, or you order anything not in the all-inclusive package, or other unexpected costs you will not be billed.

Flight

Pearson International Airport

We are asking that each of our guests book their own flights to and from Barbados. There are direct flights available from Pearson International Airport. Flights range from 4.5-6 hours in length. Please note that there is no time change from Ontario to Barbados. We have booked the following NIGHTS for you at Tamarind: Monday, April 18th, 2022 Tuesday, April 19th, 2022 Wednesday, April 20th, 2022 (WEDDING DAY!) Thursday, April 21st, 2022 (Check out will be Friday, April 22nd, 2022) Check in is Monday after 3PM. Check out will be Friday by 12PM (noon). Please ensure that your flight arrives on Monday, April 18th and departs Friday, April 22nd. If you are planning on attending but are planning for less than those 4 nights, please let us know so we can adjust the reservation ASAP. ALL TRAVEL PLANS MUST BE FINALIZED BY JANUARY 10TH, 2022.
