When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 3, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we would like to provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

We would love for our guests to dress up and celebrate with us! We kindly request formal attire. Since our ceremony will be held outdoors, we recommend choosing footwear that's comfortable for grass. Please note that Hood River and our venue are known for being quite windy, so you may want to plan accordingly.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, we are providing a shuttle service for our guests! Our venue does not have guest parking, and Hood River does not have ride share services (e.g. Uber, Lyft). For this reason, our venue requires that all guests use the provided shuttle. The exact pick up and drop off locations will be announced closer to the wedding date, but you can expect locations in downtown Hood River as well as a local parking lot for guests who would like to park and ride.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are providing a shuttle service for all of our guests, which will guarantee that you arrive at the venue between the first guest arrival time slot (4:00pm) and the ceremony start time (4:30pm). The exact schedule for the shuttle service will be added to our wedding website closer to the wedding date.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Again due to limited capacity at our venue, we hope you appreciated that children are only invited if named on the invitation. In this case, their names will appear when you RSVP. Please keep in mind that all guests must use our provided transportation, as ride share services are not available in Hood River, meaning that departure from the venue will only be available at specific times.
