Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love for our family and friends to get dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal/cocktail attire for our wedding. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride (e.g., whites, ivories, creams).

Are children welcome?
Answer
We love your littles ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event (with the exception of our flower girl, Olivia!) We hope that you are able to enjoy a night out to celebrate with us. For those coming out of town, we are compiling some potential options for babysitters from the area who could be hired to watch kiddos in your hotel room. If you are interested in receiving this list, please reach out to Mary Boeding (maryboeding@gmail.com) as soon as possible.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are registered at Target and Crate and Barrel. Please see the registry page for links to both of our registries. If purchasing gifts, please feel free to send them directly to our house if that is easier (both registries will have that option when purchasing).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will start promptly at 1:30 pm, so we kindly ask that you arrive by 1:15 pm.

What should I do in between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Our top recommendation would be the Best Western Premier Park Hotel, which is located right on the Capitol square and is where the reception will take place. Please see the travel page for more information about booking within our room block. You're likely to get the best rate within our room block at the Park Hotel, but other nearby hotels we would recommend are: - The Edgewater - Hilton Madison Monona Terrace - The Madison Concourse Hotel - Hyatt Place Madison/Downtown - DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown
