4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM so everyone is seated before our 4:30 PM ceremony begins. If you are staying at The Mayo Hotel, you may request an early check-in or store your luggage with the front desk until your room is ready.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Following the ceremony, guests will be invited to enjoy cocktails, passed hors d’oeuvres, and enjoy the "Pittsburgh Cookie Table." While you're there, be sure to find your place card, which will direct you to your table for dinner and the reception!
6:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Following the reception, please join us at the Penthouse Bar to continue the celebration!
