Question

NAS Pensacola Base Access

Answer

NAS Pensacola security policy: All wedding guests 18 and older whom do not have a DoD ID card must fill out Form SECNAV 5512. This is required for every guest over 18 coming on base, not just the driver of the vehicle. Step 1: Please provide your email address when you RSVP. Sarah will email you a digital PDF 5512. Step 2: Fill out your 5512 (digital is preferred to alleviate any legibility issues) and return to Sarah before February 15th. NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 15: All 5512's must be delivered to sarah.bell.10@us.af.mil -or- mailed to 2805 Pine Ridge Drive Lillian, AL 36549. Once all guests have been vetted by base security, a list will be provided to the watch commanders. March 16th - Day of Procedures: Personnel will need to arrive at the Naval Air Station Main Gate on S. Navy Blvd, show their ID and tell the gate sentry you are here for the 'Bell-Sellers Wedding Event'.

Question

Where do I get on base?

Answer

All wedding guests need arrive at the Naval Air Station Pensacola Main Gate located on S. Navy Blvd with their ID readily available. When the Gate Sentry greets you provide your ID and tell them you are on the guest list for the 'Bell-Sellers Wedding'. Make sure everyone in your vehicle, 18 and older, has their drivers license or some form of identification.

Question

How long does it take to get on base?

Answer

Gate lines can often back up and cause delays, we highly recommend you plan to arrive at the Main Gate by 3pm with your ID ready to show the sentry.
