3:00 pm - 3:15 pm
The shuttle will leave the Microtel between 3:00 and 3:15pm, and will be available to return to the hotel periodically throughout the evening for those who wish. The last departure will be at 10pm. The drive to the venue will be about 30 minutes.
4:15 pm - 10:00 pm
Cocktail Attire - The venue has an outdoor patio area. Evenings in the mountains can be quite cooler so bring an extra layer!
After the ceremony there will be a few appetizers in addition to some drinks prior to dinner.
