When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by the date listed on your invitation - July 21, 2025!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire for the ceremony is semi-formal/cocktail. Please consider the weather when choosing your attire - it is going to be HOT!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel (Hilton Garden Inn).

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony (30 minutes) will be outside. Cocktail hour will be outside under a covered, shaded patio. The Reception will be inside and air-conditioned.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4 PM. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of time to get seated.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please check your invite as all those who are invited are listed on your invite. This includes kids and plus ones. You will be able to RSVP for both your kids and your plus ones with your RSVP. We are only able to accommodate children and plus ones that are specifically listed on your invite.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the "Travel" tab for hotel blocks, however, there are a number of hotels in the Charlotte and Lake Norman area. There are also lots of Airbnb's if you are interested!

Is this going to be the most fun wedding ever?
