Flight
We recommend flying into Tucson!
Flight
Flying into Phoenix (PHX) can often be more affordable and may offer a wider range of direct flight options compared to Tucson. Please note that PHX is approximately a 1.5 to 2-hour drive from Tucson, depending on traffic, so renting a car is necessary if you choose this option.
Travel Note
For guests flying in, we recommend renting a car—especially if you plan to explore Tucson or extend your stay. Most major rental car companies are available at both Tucson International Airport (TUS) and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). If you're flying into TUS and staying downtown, it is possible to rely on rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. These are readily available throughout the city; however, costs can add up quickly if you plan to venture beyond the downtown area. In most cases, renting a car—either individually or shared with another guest—will be more cost-effective than relying on rideshare services for the entire weekend.
Hotel
We've reserved a block of rooms at our primary hotel, conveniently located about 15 minutes from our downtown venue. Nestled in the charming St. Philip’s Plaza—one of our favorite spots in Tucson—the hotel is surrounded by several restaurants, a coffee shop, a local artisan market that is held every Saturday and Sunday, and offers direct access to The Loop for scenic walks. The room block includes King and Double Queen suites at a special rate of $199 per night (plus tax). This rate is available for three days before and after our main block dates of March 5–8, perfect for anyone looking to turn the trip into a longer getaway. Complimentary parking is included. Our rehearsal dinner (by invitation only) will also take place in St. Philip’s Plaza, making this hotel an especially convenient option. March is a popular time to visit Tucson, so we recommend booking early to secure your stay. Our hotel block rate is only available if booked before February 3, 2026. If the room block is full, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Sarah or Sean—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

King and Double Queen suites are available at a special rate of $179 per night (plus tax). Discounted parking is available for $10 per night. This hotel is a great option for guests who prefer not to rent a car or who do not plan to extend their stay beyond the wedding weekend. Our hotel block rate is only available if booked before February 4, 2026.
