Transportation to and from the ceremony for all guests will be provided for guests staying in Tahoe City at the recommended hotels. For those staying in VRBOs located in Homewood, Tahoe City & Meeks Bay please send your address to our planner Cassandra ( assist@artinmotiondesign.com ) we will do our best to coordinate close pick-up locations for all guests. For those driving to the ceremony please reserve with our planner Cassandra ( assist@artinmotiondesign.com ) Dressy casual dress attire & comfortable shoes are preferred.

The reception will begin with an open bar & hors d'oeuvres. Followed by dinner & dancing! Transportation will be provided for all guests from 9:00 - 11pm who are staying at the recommended hotels in Tahoe City.
