Gateway Trailhead - McDowell Sonoran Preserve

Any easy hiking area (flat, and can be short or long) closest to the hotels. This trail is nice on warm mornings because it is on the west side of the mountains so you catch the morning shade! Only about 10 minutes from the hotels.

Tom's Thumb Trailhead

Moderate (has some incline) 4.0-mile out-and-back trail about 25 minutes from the hotels.

Pinnacle Peak Park Main Trail

Another intermediate hike not too far from the hotels and a popular spot! A 4.1-mile out-and-back trail- generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 2 h 15 min to complete

Camelback- Echo Canyon Trailhead

If you want a hard but well known hike! 2.6-mile point-to-point trail near Paradise Valley, Arizona. Generally considered a challenging route, it takes an average of 2 h 11 min to complete.

Great outdoor shopping area with restaurants- everything you can think of and more! About a 10 minute or less drive from the hotels.

Tom´s Thumb Bakery

Nice convenience store with wine, beer, bbq and bakery! About .5-1 mile from the hotels.
