Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! Transportation will be provided to both ceremonies and reception from the hotels. We highly recommend using the provided transportation as the venue is fairly north and can be difficult to find on your own. If planning on driving separately, please reach out to us so we are aware and can arrange specific accommodations. Transportation Schedule for 10/26/24: - Pick up from hotels around 9:15 am for AM Ceremony - Departure from AM ceremony to hotels at 12 pm - Pick up from hotels around 4 pm for PM Ceremony - Departure from reception to hotels from 9-11:30 pm

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Hindu Ceremony: Indian attire is encouraged but not required! Options for Indian Attire can be found in the FAQs. For western attire, think sundresses, floral prints, and suits in lighter hues. Evening Ceremony and Reception: Semi-Formal- Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. A reminder that it can get breezy in the high desert and is typically about 10 degrees cooler than Scottsdale. Our only request- No jeans please!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Make it a parent's night out! Due to the intimate size of our venue, we are requesting children under the age of 14 do not attend. We are expecting to be at full capacity with our guest count.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have a specific guest list to accommodate venue capacity. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Question
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both ceremonies and reception are all planned to be outdoors. We anticipate the weather to be comfortable in the fall, and will have heaters provided if it gets a little chilly! We recommend keeping an eye on the forecast. Reminder- it is about 10 degrees cooler at Desert Mountain than in Scottsdale.
