Question

How Should I Dress?

Answer

This is a formal event please wear slacks, dress shirts, evening dresses, etc. we want you to be comfortable and also look your best!

I s I t Indoors Or Outdoors?

Answer

This event will be fully outdoors, there are indoor restrooms available to guests at the back of the venue near the catering area. These restrooms are fully ADA compliant as well. The ceremony will start after sunset so we can enjoy the celebrations with cool weather!

What I f I t Rains?

Answer

We have an option to tent the venue if rain is expected however the ceremony area will require umbrellas which our venue will provide for aesthetics. We might get a little soggy but we will have fire pits and drinks to warm you back up!

Will I t Be An Open Bar?

Answer

Yes it will, and the event will be heavily photographed and recorded so drink and be merry at your own risk lol, but also please drink responsibly and plan a Designated Driver if necessary!

Will There Be Non Alcoholic Options Available?

Answer

Of course! We will have water, soda, hot coffee, iced tea, and lemonade available! There will also be sparkling cider available only during the toasts.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The wedding will begin at 6:18, we're asking for butts in seats absolute latest of 6pm so please arrive with consideration to that. Typically it's asked to arrive 15-30 mins early to ensure parking and getting seated with time to breathe and relax before everything starts.

Will There Be Assigned Seats?

Answer

The ceremony will have Usher escorts to your seats so they will guide you there and for the cocktail hour/reception please sit anywhere! Our arrangement is 8 people to one table and we encourage mingling! Assigned seats can be awkward so we're skipping that old tradition!

Can I Bring My Kids, Significant Other, Plus One?

Answer

We are sorry but this will be a small event of 50 people so only the names on the invite will be welcomed (this does include some kids, please don't be offended if we ask you not to bring your kiddos it's nothing personal it's purely limited guest capacity, we love you and your whole family but please find a sitter for the night and enjoy yourselves!!)

Do I Need To R SVP If I Got An Invite?

Answer

YES!!! Please please pleaseeee tell us if you can make it or not, with a limited guest list we had to really decide who was important to make it to our wedding, if you cannot make it we would love to open that spot up to another loved one so PLEASE tell us as soon as possible! We hope everyone invited can make it but please (seriously I cannot say please enough) don't leave us guessing on if you'll be there or not.

How Do I R SVP?

Answer

Great Question! Please don't call the bride or groom to confirm your attendance! If you're here from the Save The Dates there will be a formal invitation to follow which will include your RSVP card, pre-stamped, just fill it out and send it back to us by the date on the card! If you're here after receiving your formal invite it really is as easy as putting the names of the invited on the card and marking if you can attend or not via that little check box and then drop it in the mail to get back to us! Follow up question, How Will I Know My RSVP Got To You And Wasn't Lost In The Mail? You will receive a 'thank you for your RSVP' text message from either the Bride or Groom so you know you're accounted for! If you don't get this message you will probably get a "Hey where's your RSVP??" message because we want you to be there!

When Will We Eat?

Answer

Don't worry we get it, it's a late start for a wedding and let's be real we're all already hungry thinking about the fancy food especially if you're on this tab after the menu tab! Our plan is a short ceremony so that we can have those tasty hors d'oeuvres in your mouth no later than 6:45 with dinner very shortly after! Feel free to eat a light snack right before the ceremony if needed.

What I f I Have Dietary Restrictions?

Apologies, we are unable to accommodate everyone. We did our best when selecting our menu to include options for beef, chicken, and vegetarian so everyone could eat at least a little something. If you're unable to eat these options please plan to bring yourself a meal and enjoy it at dinner with us!

Can I Take Photos?

Answer

During the ceremony, no (well sort of, our officiant will give everyone 60 seconds worth of grabbing photos for yourself but after that put it away!!) We paid a looot of money for an amazing photographer so please don't be the person with their phone out in every single picture and getting in the way of our photographer, we promise she's got it and we'll share those photos with everyone!! During the Reception? Still keep it limited and be present with us because our photographer will be capturing special moments all night but we would love for you to take some of your own photos as well throughout the night! Please note there will also be a videographer capturing the entire night as well!

Do You Have A Wedding Hashtag So I Can Share The Photos I Took?

Yes! Please share all of your photos with #PSILoveYou lol get it? PS Presten+Sarah we thought it was clever! Fun fact Sarah made Presten a custom cologne called P.S I Love You for their 2nd anniversary so it's kinda been our thing forever! And if you're thinking well what about Robin Sparkles, well shhhhh we definitely thought of it first. IYKYK!

Where Can I Find The Professional Photos Afterward?

We will be sharing the edited photos once we receive them! An album will open on this website with all of the photos you share as well as the professional shots and then we will also have them on our social media pages to share with everyone.

Do You Have A Gift Registry?

We have lived together for 10 years so while we don't need physical gifts if you feel the need to gift us we would love for you to contribute to our HoneyFund which will be linked on our website soon!

What Are We Supposed To Do During Cocktail Hour?

Answer

The Bride and Groom will be busy signing their wedding certificate and grabbing a few post-ceremony pictures together but while we do that please snack on foods, get some drinks, and there is a fun game planned to get you mingling with the newly joined families!
