We will be offering transportation to and from the ceremony from Hotel Air Penedes, which is a hotel approximately a 15 minute drive from the venue. We have reserved rooms on the wedding day for all of our guests, all you need to do is pay on arrival (approx. 90 euros for 1 night). Expect warm and sunny conditions, with daytime temperatures around 24–26 °C (mid-70s to mid-80s °F), with evenings cooling down to around 17–20 °C (low-60s to high-60s °F). It’s generally lovely weather for being outdoors, though we recommend bringing light layers for later in the evening. Please note that all events on the day — including the ceremony, dinner, and after-party — will take place outside, so plan your outfits accordingly.
We understand that not everyone will be able to make the journey. We kindly ask that you RSVP either way by March 1st so we can plan accordingly.
For those who may be wondering, tipping bartenders isn’t customary at Spanish weddings and is not expected. Everything has already been taken care of, so please just relax and enjoy celebrating with us.
We are organizing negotiated rates at hotels that are approximately a 15 minute drive away from the venue and we will be organizing transport to/from these on the wedding day. For recommendations on places to stay outside of this, Sitges is the closest city- roughly 30 minutes by car. Barcelona is about a 45–55 minute drive away.
We kindly ask that phones are kept away and on silent during the ceremony, so everyone can be fully present in the moment with us. We’ll have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the day. Once the ceremony has finished, we’d love for you to take photos and videos and help us capture the celebration for the rest of the night.
We understand many of you are traveling long distances to attend our celebration and may be thinking about extending your trip. We will be organizing some casual gatherings from Wednesday evening through Friday morning. These are entirely optional—please feel free to join us or head off to explore the city’s incredible sights on your own. We want you to enjoy Barcelona exactly as you wish!
