Considered the best "Little Italy" in the United States, the cobblestone streets of the North End neighborhood are filled with hundreds of authentic Italian restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. Walk along the famous Hanover Street and pop into any restaurant - a few of our favorite spots include Bricco, Florentine, and Bencotto, or Cafe Vittoria for a post-dinner drink!

Freedom Trail

Freedom Trail

If you'd like to exercise and learn more about local and national history, you'll want to make time for this two-and-a-half mile adventure. Along this red-brick path, you'll see 16 significant landmarks related to the American Revolution, including Old South Meeting House, Faneuil Hall, Paul Revere's House, Old North Church, Bunker Hill Monument, and other historic sites.

Boston Common & Public Garden

Boston Common & Public Garden

Established in 1634, the Boston Common is the oldest city park in the United States. Spanning 50 acres, the Common is the starting point of the Freedom Trail and features beautiful landscapes. See if you can find the bench from the iconic scene in "Good Will Hunting"

Fenway

Check one of the most iconic stadiums in all of sports! Tours are available or you can get a great view of the stadium inside "Bleacher Bar," a unique bar under the left field bleachers with garage doors that open up on the warning track (open to the public- no ticket required).

Charles Street

Known for its beautiful brownstones and quaint stores, Charles Street is an iconic street in the heart of the Beacon Hill neighborhood. Be sure to check out Acorn Street, often described as "the most photographed street in America." And to see where Pat popped the question, go to the side street of Mt. Vernon and Cedar Way Lane!

Faneuil Hall Marketplace

Faneuil Hall, located in the heart of Boston, is a historic landmark famous for its role as a meeting hall in the 1700s, where revolutionary leaders like Samuel Adams rallied support for American independence. Today, it is part of the Faneuil Hall Marketplace, where visitors can explore unique shops, restaurants, and events.

Carmelina’s – Famous Italian dishes with a lively dining room Mamma Maria – Amazing Italian dining with an outdoor courtyard that feels like you’re in Italy Bricco – Upscale trattoria offering housemade pastas and a great bar right in the heart of the North End Arya – Family-run restaurant serving classic Italian dishes with a cozy feel right on Hanover Street Bencotto – Rustic Italian kitchen with amazing dishes and neighborhood charm. Offers great people watching on the main strip Tresca – Romantic Italian spot with balcony seating overlooking Hanover Street Café Florentine – Highly recommend for pre-dinner cocktails. Also offers a nice dinner Café Vittoria – An absolute must for a post-dinner coffee, cocktails, and dessert (no reservations) with incredible movie-like vibes. One of Pat and Sarah’s favorite places in the city. Mike’s Pastry or Modern Pastry – Iconic rival bakeries famous for their cannolis and pastries Stanza – Cigar lounge with great people watching

Historic Downtown / Wharf Waterfront Area Restaurants

Bell in Hand – America’s oldest continuously operating tavern, open since 1795. Great for a pint and live music. Highly recommend stopping in while visiting the Faneuil Hall area Union Oyster House – One of the nation’s oldest restaurants and legendary oyster bar The Black Rose – There's no shortage of Irish pubs in Boston but this one is a staple with daily live music. Pours a great Guinness Boston Sail Loft – Casual shore town waterfront spot known for its clam chowder The Landing at Long Wharf – Fun outdoor bar on the water with views of the wharf Tia’s on the Waterfront – Popular bar and patio for drinks along the harbor

Seaport Restaurants

Committee – Casual Mediterranean restaurant with meze and cocktails. Good brunch spot The Barking Crab - Iconic seafood shack on the Fort Point Channel, known for seafood and a lively deck. Directly next to the site of the Boston Tea Party Reel House – Cozy waterfront restaurant and bar offering fresh seafood, great cocktails, and amazing views Envoy – Rooftop bar with skyline views and fun cocktails SAVR – Modern American restaurant and bar with deck on the water in the newly built St Regis building
