We're Getting Married!

Sarah and Pat’s story begins at Penn State as Sarah’s random freshman year roommate (and now bridesmaid!) happened to be Pat’s high school friend. Sarah and Pat immediately became good friends and always had the best times together, whether at parties, football games, or even business classes in Happy Valley. Following graduation, Sarah and Pat said their goodbyes with Sarah moving to Boston and Pat moving to New York City. Little did they know this was only the beginning of their story… Two years later, Sarah and Pat’s college friend group planned to get together over Memorial Day Weekend in Avalon, NJ. Within minutes of waiting in line at a bar, Pat asked Sarah a very important question - “So do you have a boyfriend up in Boston?” Fortunately, she did not, and they spent the next few years traveling back and forth to visit each other. Pat eventually moved to Boston to be with Sarah, and they have spent the past three years calling it home. On April 26, 2024, Pat planned the surprise of a lifetime. While on the way to dinner at one of Sarah’s favorite restaurants, Pat pulled her into a cobblestone-lined alley where he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him!
