(Please note train strike action may take place with relatively short notice affecting all trains services) From London Heathrow: There is a National Express coach service 403 from Heathrow to Bath. From Bath, a taxi service of (approx 35 minutes) can take you to Grittleton House Alternatively, from Bath train station you can take the short train service to Chippenham. At Chippenham train station there will be taxi services available (journey time approx. 20 minutes) to Grittleton House, or there is an infrequent bus service number 95 towards Burton – there is a bus stop next to Grittleton House

(Please note train strike action may take place with relatively short notice affecting all trains services) There are taxi services which can take you to Grittleton House (approx. one hour) Public transport via Chippenham: Take the Falcon bus service towards Bristol bus station. From Bristol bus station, Bristol Temple Meads train station is a 20 minute walk away (10 minute bus/taxi). Some of the train services towards London call at Chippenham – board one of these services. At Chippenham train station there will be taxi services available (journey time approx. 20 minutes) to Grittleton House, or there is an infrequent bus service number 95 towards Burton – the bus stop next to Grittleton House Public transport via Bath: At Bristol bus station there are bus services towards Bath. Taxi services will be available from Bath station, alternatively bus services operate towards Chippenham (then follow Chippenham instructions above)

Instruction via car

From London/Reading: Leave London/Reading on the M4 driving West and exit at Junction 17 (Chippenham) and follow the A429 signposted Cirencester/Malmesbury. Take the first left turning signposted towards Grittleton. Follow the road through the Stanton St Quintin village for approximately 2 miles and then turn left at T-junction – Grittleton is the next village. Drive past The Neeld Arms on your right and then turn left at the crossroads and immediately left again into Grittleton House. From Oxford: Take the A34 South towards Newbury, changing at the M4 exit towards Chieveley. Take the 3rd exit on M4 slip road towards S. Wales/Swindon. Continue on the M4 and exit the M4 at Junction 17 (Chippenham) and follow the A429 signposted Cirencester/Malmesbury. Take the first left turning signposted towards Grittleton. Follow the road through the Stanton St Quintin village for approximately 2 miles and then turn left at T-junction – Grittleton is the next village. Drive past The Neeld Arms on your right and then turn left at the crossroads and immediately left again into Grittleton House. From Bristol: Leave Bristol on the M32.
