We will be sending out a detailed schedule to all of our guests prior to the wedding weekend. We are planning events for each day, but just know that you are welcome to choose what events you participate in to accomodate the needs of your family. We are looking forward to a variety of activities including group hikes, pickleball tournaments, movie showings, games, and more!
We have chosen to do a black and white color scheme for our wedding, with a formal dress code. For ladies, we ask that you wear formal dresses or suits that are majority black- white, gold, or silver accents are welcome. For gentlemen, we ask that you wear black suits or tuxes. Please note that our ceremony will be outdoors and the grass may be soft, so be mindful of this when choosing footwear.
We suggest that you pack comfy and warm! Think layers, hiking boots, and cozy sweaters for our activities throughout the weekend. Zion in March is projected to be an average high of 58 degrees and an average low of 32 degrees. Bring clothes that you will be comfortable hiking and being outdoors in, as well as some nicer items for dinners and formal attire for the wedding day. The villa has a hot tub and sauna, so if you would like to take part in these activities a swimsuit is also a must!
We will be providing meals for our guests at the welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner, and wedding reception. We are asking that each guest contribute $50 per person to cover extra food expenses for other meals throughout the week. Venmo @Micah-Isaiah when you confirm your spot at the Villa!
The sooner the better! Since we are having such an intimate wedding, we would love to be able to confirm our guest count as early as possible. Please let us know no later than February 1st.
