When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We request your RSVP be received no later than August 1st, 2022.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 4PM sharp. We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM, to ensure ample time to catch a shuttle to the ceremony site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be complimentary shuttle service from the Best Western Inn & Suites Rutland-Killington to Mountain Top Inn and Resort departing at 3:15 PM. Return shuttle trips available at 9:00 PM, 10:00 PM, 11:00 PM, and 12:00 AM.

Are Ubers or other ride-sharing services readily available?

Answer

Unfortunately, no! Mountain Top Inn and Resort is quite remote - one of the reasons we love it so much! Therefore, services like Uber and Lyft are not reliably available in the area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available at the resort; we recommend arriving early, car pooling, or catching a ride with the shuttle from Best Western, as there are other guests staying on the property aside from our wedding!

Will cellphones and recording devices be allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We want everyone to be present in the moment during our ceremony - we have a talented team of photographers and videographers to capture everything, so you don't have to! We are requesting an "unplugged" ceremony so everyone can enjoy our special day with no distractions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We really think you deserve the night off to party with us, however if childcare is a concern, please reach out and we will work hard to accommodate you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please make a note of any allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP card so we can let the chefs know!

Question

Will there be a brunch or farewell breakfast the day after the wedding?

Answer

While we would love to spend a little more time with all our friends and family, we have a plane to catch! We are heading off on our honeymoon the next day to Barcelona!
