Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal wedding attire. Our ceremony will be outside on the lawn. For that reason, we are recommending that women wear wedges, shoes with a thick heel, or flats. Men: suits, blazers with dress pants Women: mid- to knee-length dresses, mid- to knee-length skirts, blouses, two-piece suits

Yes! Please specify the full name of your date on your formal reservation when RSVPing.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Food will be served family-style and includes meat and vegetarian options. If you have a specific food allergy, please let us know so we can accommodate you.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Homewood Suites Pinehurst, available from Friday, October 11, 2024 through Monday, October 14, 2024. Click on the travel tab for information on booking.

What are the transportation options the day of the wedding?

Answer

A trolley will be transporting guests to from the Homewood Suites Pinehurst toThe Fair Barn, our ceremony and reception site. The trolley will also be available at the end of the reception to transport guests back to the Homewood Suites. If you made other lodging accommodations, you may park at the Homewood Suites and take the trolley if you wish. Should you wish you leave the reception prior to the end, we suggest booking an Uber or Lyft back to the hotel. There is also parking available at The Fair Barn.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. Please arrive and be seated no later than 5:15pm.

Am I able to play golf at Pinehurst?

Answer

Yes! Non-members are able to play Pinehurst courses 1, 3, 5 or The Cradle. You may call (855) 835-0771, opt 5, to book a tee time beginning 1 day before your desired date of play.
