Our Story
Our story comes to life through the moments we've captured—each photo filled with the laughter, love, and memories that have carried us to this day.

August, 2015 - Sarah and Jonny first met while filming Olivia’s move-in during NYU’s 2015 Welcome Week. They instantly connected on their love for photography and the city.
August 2015 to January 2016 - From study sessions to adventures, Sarah and Jonny became best friends, and Jonny even convinced Sarah to study abroad in Australia with him next semester!
January 2016 to May 2016 - From late-night Maccas to Tim Tams and kangaroos, they spent 4 months in Australia growing their friendship and exploring the world together for the first time.
December 2017 - They continued to be close friends and Sarah visited Jonny in LA because, let’s face it, she was madly in love with Jonny—and we all knew it.
January 2018 - Studying at NYU wasn’t all books—there were plenty of fun breaks (hello, NYC adventures!).
April 2018 - NYC got a little brighter—senior year, Jonny asked Sarah to be his girlfriend and immediately planned their next adventure: backpacking South America.
May 2018 - They graduated NYU and their parents finally met!
June 2018 - Backpacking South America together for 3 months: 24/7 of adventure, laughter, and, yes, lots of hiking.
June 2018 - They trekked through the ancient wonders of Peru. Jonny took care of Sarah even when she got sick and was dying, never leaving her side.
June 2018 - Hiking at 17,000 feet? No problem when you’ve got each other to lean on.
July 2018 - Bolivia, where the salt flats couldn’t outshine the sparkle in Sarah’s eyes.
September 2018 - Jonny showed Sarah the best of the west coast—Yosemite, national parks, and, of course, his favorite taco spots.
October 2018 - They traveled back to NYC, living the corporate job life in the financial district.
October 2018 - Jonny & Sarah's favorite halloween costume: Soy Sauce and Sriracha!
June 2019 - Sarah’s first time in Canada—Jonny’s homeland—and she fell in love with the maple syrup (and Jonny, of course).
December 2019 - They traveled to the Philippines together—briefly got held hostage on a boat, but made it out in one piece.
January 2020 to March 2020 - Three months living in a Williamsburg basement—our own little Brooklyn bubble until COVID had other plans.
October 2020 - Sarah moved to LA, and they applied to med school together.
November 2020 - Jonny coached Sarah to her first marathon during Covid!
January 2021 - Got our COVID vaccines, worked in healthcare, and even became the ultimate scribing duo at the same clinic.
February 2021 - Jonny would take Sarah snowboarding for the first time, and she mastered the slopes (eventually).
February 2021 - with the help of some extra padding.
March 2021 - Explored California together, from beaches to mountains.
April 2021 - They built out a car, hit the road for 3 months, and explored the west coast before diving into med school life.
April 2021 - Jonny & Sarah's home for 3 months.
July 2021 - Sarah and Jonny started med school in Tampa together.
December 2021 - Celebrated love at friends' weddings while planning our own—life’s been one beautiful event after another.
May 2022 - Med school prom: dancing through the chaos of exams and clinicals, but always with a smile.
April 2022 - President and VP of our student medical society—flying around the country, representing our school and making memories.
December 2023 - Break from clinicals with a trip to Hawaii—a well-deserved beach escape and some much-needed relaxation.
April 2024 - On a surprise trip to Boston, volunteering at the Boston Marathon, Jonny got down on one knee—Sarah didn’t see it coming, but she said YES!
June 2024 - Goodbye, Step 1 and Step 2—surviving and thriving through med school boards together!
