Truckee River Float

Bathing suit, river sandals, hat, sunscreen!
Rafting would be through Truckee River Raft Company. They rent rafts for $55 a person for 2-3 hours (5 mile float) and bus everyone from the end back to the start when finished. Welcome Drinks

Come join us for drinks the night before the wedding at 8 until whenever you want! (They close at 2am) We will probably get there around 8pm. Pete 'n Peters is the same bar where our after party will be. It's right in downtown Tahoe City and has an outdoor area and pool, darts, shuffleboard inside. Everyone is welcome and we can't wait to see you to kick off the party!

After Party

The after party will be at the same Tahoe City bar as Welcome Drinks. There will be no transportation provided from West Shore Cafe to Tahoe City after the wedding, so please plan accordingly. A few options: -If you have a sober driver, they have a parking lot at the bar. We recommend not driving! -Taxi (there are many local taxi companies and you can call one or have one scheduled to pick you up at 10 or 10:15) -TART connect- We highly suggest this free public option! ***Please download the TART connect app. This app offers free rides for up to 8 people from our venue to Tahoe City up until midnight. (Basically Uber for free!)

Beach Day

Drop by or come spend the day at Skylandia Beach with us, just north of Tahoe City. Bring chairs/beach towels/paddle boards/etc. BYO food and drinks. There is a great cafe called Sugar Pine Cakery right next to Skylandia. They have coffee, tea, pastries and delicious breakfast options. We will set up down on the beach to the right. Parking is limited so please carpool, bike or take public transportation if you can! Check out TART bus line or download the TART connect app for free rides along the west shore of the lake. There are also taxis and sometimes a few Ubers and Lyfts (not many). ***There is a children's camp during the day. Pass by them and head on down to the beach which is right past the picnic area.
