Select the dates you'd like to reserve your room. Discounted rates apply to Friday, April 18th and Saturday, April 19th. 4. Click the Special Code Tab. 5. Select Code Type - Group Attendee Code 6. If you'd like to stay at a different hotel, Allentown will have the most options. Allentown is about 20 minutes away from the venue.

Philadelphia International Airport is about an hour and a half away from Bear Creek Mountain Resort, but it will have the most flight options.
