FAQs

The Wedding Website of Sarah Greichen and Evan Buchalski
Question

What do I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Opt for comfortable footwear due to walking on dirt and rocks. Also, remember to bring a jacket for the cool evening air. The bridesmaids are wearing forest green long dresses and the groomsmen are wearing black suits.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 22nd, 2024.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola for a house down payment fund and honeymoon fund. As we prepare to move and build a home together, we have found that we already have a lot of the essentials we need. So, instead of traditional wedding gifts, we have decided to create a special registry that includes both our House Down Payment Fund and our Honeymoon Fund.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we have carefully planned the guest list to ensure that we can accommodate our closest friends and family. As a result, we kindly ask that only those guests whose names or the word "guest" have been explicitly written on the invitation and RSVP page on our wedding website attend the event.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we have had to make some difficult decisions regarding the guest list. As a result, we have decided to have an adult-only celebration. We hope you can arrange childcare for the day of the wedding. We want to ensure that all our guests can fully enjoy the festivities without any concerns about space limitations. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and respect for our decision. Your presence at our wedding means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate this special day with you.

Question

What food/drinks will be served?

Answer

We will have a cocktail hour with charcuterie, a BBQ buffet, and an open bar.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 PM. The ceremony will take place at the Nuptial Knoll, located on the Grand Lake Lodge property. Access to the Knoll involves descending a few flights of stairs. Should you have any concerns regarding accessibility, we encourage you to arrive earlier so we can facilitate arrangements for transportation directly to the Knoll by car. For a better understanding of the location and to assess your transportation needs, please refer to this virtual tour of the Knoll: https://www.google.com/maps/@40.2566966,-105.8269205,3a,75y,184.65h,83.69t/data=!3m8!1e1!3m6!1sAF1QipOJOZ2LExW5ty_rbvMvy3Hszdu2B8CNDavlDqEh!2e10!3e11!6shttps:%2F%2Flh5.googleusercontent.com%2Fp%2FAF1QipOJOZ2LExW5ty_rbvMvy3Hszdu2B8CNDavlDqEh%3Dw203-h100-k-no-pi0-ya260.55258-ro-0-fo100!7i4472!8i2236?hl=en&entry=ttu
