We will be following all state and county guidelines that are active at the time. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available. The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) and the reception will be inside. We are moving forward with original plans at this time and are hopeful with continued COVID vaccine rollout that infection rates will continue to decrease to a safer level. If you have the opportunity to obtain both doses of the vaccine before this event, I strongly encourage you to consider it especially for your safety. We understand if you do not feel comfortable to travel or attend at this time. Everyone has to do what is best for them and their families.
Yes. If you decide to drive there is free parking at the venue. You can leave your car overnight if you have one too many drinks, but you must pick it up by noon the next day.
Yes! There will be two shuttles available to provide transportation to and from the blocked hotels to The Venue. Both the ceremony and reception are happening at The Venue so no travel will be needed in between. The shuttles will arrive at the hotels at 3:30pm with a departure time of 3:45pm. One shuttle will leave the reception at 9:00pm. Two shuttles will be available at 10:00pm once the reception is done to take guests back to the hotels/downtown Chattanooga.
Yes! If you are staying at a different nearby hotel or live locally and do not want to drive, you are more than welcome to take the shuttles. For those that live locally, you can also drive to The Venue and leave your car overnight if you decide to take a shuttle or Uber/Lyft home.
There will be dedicated servers running the buffet style dinner to minimize guests touching the serving utensils.
