You’re welcome to choose your arrival date in Italy. If you have some extra time, I highly recommend exploring other beautiful cities like Florence, Venice, or Rome. Italy’s train system makes travel between these locations quite convenient. There’s also plenty to enjoy in the Amalfi Coast area! We would love to host a welcome dinner on the 23rd, so it would be wonderful if you could arrive in the Amalfi Coast before then.
We recommend traveling light, as many areas in Italy feature cobblestone streets and stairs, making it challenging to navigate with large luggage. July can be quite hot, so packing lightweight clothing and comfortable walking shoes is ideal. Don’t forget to bring a bathing suit if you plan to visit the beach or join us for our boat party!
Feel free to explore the Amalfi Coast at your own pace and according to your interests. We’ll also be organizing casual activities each day for those who prefer a bit more structure.
In Italy, hotel room blocks and group discounts are not typically offered. Instead, we provided a list of recommended accommodations to suit a variety of preferences. This way, you’ll have the flexibility to choose options that best fit your budget and party size.
This decision is entirely up to you, but please consider that the area involves significant walking, stairs, and steep hills, which may require carrying your child frequently. While Italy is incredibly beautiful, activities specifically tailored for children are somewhat limited. The events we have planned are primarily designed for adults, such as a cooking class, beach club, and boat party.
This is completely up to the number of days, activities, and accommodations. Flights can range anywhere from $500-$1500, and accommodations anywhere from $100 a night to $500 a night or more. A minimum budget of $5000 for 2 people is suggested.
We are flying from JFK to Rome on the 15th of July (landing the afternoon of the 16th). We will stay in Rome until the 20th before we navigate to Sorrento. We are staying in Sorrento until the 26th and continuing our honeymoon in Europe for the month of August.
If you are certain you will not be able to attend, we kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible, as we are finalizing plans for the week’s events. If you're still deciding, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know by April 15, 2025, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
