Comfortable cocktail attire! We're getting dressed up, so we'd love if you would too, but keep in mind that there is lots of uneven ground on the property, including gravel and sloped lawns (so leave your stilettos at home!)
Some wonderful neighbors have opened their property for our big day! The address for the lot is: 23421 NW Moreland Rd North Plains, OR 97133 (and we will have signs as you get close to the location!). We have hired a shuttle service to get you from your vehicle to the property (a distance of about half a mile) where both the ceremony and reception will be held. At the end of the night, after you have celebrated, eaten with us, and maybe had some cake, the shuttle will leave every hour or so (exact times will be posted at our wedding) so that you can plan your exit. We ask that you please drink responsibly - roads to the property are winding and rural and not well lit, and we love you all very much and want to make sure you make it back home (or to your hotel) safely.
If your RSVP on the website says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
We're having an "unplugged" ceremony so that our wonderful photographer has the space to take great photos! We ask that you put your phones away and just enjoy the ceremony with us without taking pictures. You are welcome to take as many photos as you want before and after the ceremony, but keep in mind that the internet connection isn't great out in the woods, so you may need to wait to post until after you leave!
Yes! We have a wonderful food truck serving tacos, burritos, and quesadillas and one of the filling options is soyrizo - a meat substitute that is both vegan and vegetarian.
Instructions for getting there from the Beaverton/Hillsboro area: - Take the Jackson School Road exit from Highway 26 and turn north - Continue north on Jackson School Rd.(crossing West Union Road & the railroad tracks) to Mason Hill Road - Bear right onto Mason Hill Road (free right turn at the stop sign) - Continue on Mason Hill Road and bear slight left onto Solberger Road (where Jarell Road connects from the right - Mason Hill changes name to Solberger here) - Continue on Solberger and stay straight onto Moreland Road (where Dorland Road connects from the left - Solberger changes name to Moreland here) - Continue on Moreland Road for about 2 miles. Just as you cross into Multnomah County (where the road becomes striped) you will encounter a sweeping left hand curve. Follow the signs to the parking location (~1/2 a mile). If you reach Skyline, you've gone ~3/4 of a mile too far - return south on Moreland Road and turn right into our driveway.
How kind! Please send to: 24045 NW Moreland Rd North Plains, OR 97133
