The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. We’d love to see our guests dress up for the occasion! We suggest a suit and tie for men and long dress or dressy jumpsuit for women.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors under a covered and paved pavilion. Cocktail hour will be held on the clubhouse veranda, followed by dinner and dancing indoors.
Transportation will be provided from the Residence Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center hotel to the venue and back. If you plan to stay at a different hotel, you are welcome to meet at the pickup spot to catch a ride to the venue. Please see the "Schedule" tab for pick up and drop off times.
There is complimentary parking on-site at the venue. Overnight parking is allowed.
Wristbands for the Welcome Party were enclosed with your invitation—don’t forget to bring it! Wearing your wristband will allow you to skip the line and head straight to the rooftop venue. If you forget it, no worries—extras will be available at the door.

As October is Nashville's busiest time of year, we highly recommend booking early. If you have any questions about the room blocks, don't hesitate to reach out!
