Round-trip transportation will be provided from the Residence Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center and the venue. Guests staying elsewhere are welcome to meet at pickup location to board. Buses will depart promptly at 4:45 p.m.; please arrive by 4:35 p.m. for boarding. If you do not plan to use our provided transportation, please proceed directly to the venue and plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m.
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
We'll begin with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, followed by dinner and dancing! When the celebration ends, buses will be available outside the venue to return guests to the Residence Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center.
